What do you send, exactly?
Off-market Houston-metro properties with the numbers up front: estimated ARV range, price, rehab range, projected outcomes, photos, and the full buyer sheet PDF with comps, exit strategies, and disclosures.
Are your numbers reliable?
Every number is our estimate, reconciled to real sold comps — and we say so on every deal. You should always verify condition, comps, and title independently before you buy. We'll never send a deal whose numbers we wouldn't defend.
Who am I actually buying from?
